• Manage the commercial operations within the Global Business Services (GBS) function, ensuring alignment with overall business and financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain commercial agreements, including service-level agreements (SLAs), chargeback models, and cost allocation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for GBS.
• Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support contract management, vendor financial governance, and compliance with internal policies.
• Provide regular financial insights and reports to senior stakeholders to aid decision-making.
• Drive initiatives to improve commercial processes, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Liaise with global and regional teams to ensure consistent commercial practices and financial discipline across GBS operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of value realization programs and benefit tracking.
