- Lead the design, development, and administration of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition strategies.
- Develop and implement competitive salary structures and pay frameworks aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Manage annual salary review processes, bonus programs, and incentive plans ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to maintain competitive positioning.
- Partner with HR business partners and leadership to drive effective communication and adoption of total rewards initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze total rewards data to provide insights, support decision-making, and identify opportunities for program enhancements.
