Manager, TFMIPL - Tech

Key Deliverables:

• Manage technical operations, dry dockings, refits, and repairs of assigned vessels
• Ensure vessel condition, maintenance standards, and certifications comply with IMO and Flag regulations
• Drive HSE policies onboard and coordinate emergency technical responses
• Monitor technical budgets and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise vessel inspections, maintenance, and procurement planning
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence in ship management
• Lead and develop offshore technical teams
• Collaborate with finance and purchasing to maintain cost control targets
