Job Description

We are looking for a Tele-sales Manager who can lead our tele-sales team, handle client calls, and achieve sales targets. The role involves training and guiding the team, planning strategies to improve sales, and ensuring good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and guide the tele-sales team to achieve targets.
  • Make and monitor sales calls to clients.
  • Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and sales.
  • Plan strategies to increase sales and reach new clients.
  • Handle customer issues and provide quick solutions.
  • Work closely with management to meet company goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in telesales/telecalling.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management ability.
  • Knowledge of sales targets, reporting, and CRM tools.
