Job Description
We are looking for a Tele-sales Manager who can lead our tele-sales team, handle client calls, and achieve sales targets. The role involves training and guiding the team, planning strategies to improve sales, and ensuring good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and guide the tele-sales team to achieve targets.
- Make and monitor sales calls to clients.
- Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and sales.
- Plan strategies to increase sales and reach new clients.
- Handle customer issues and provide quick solutions.
- Work closely with management to meet company goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in telesales/telecalling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Knowledge of sales targets, reporting, and CRM tools.
