Manager Technical Superintendent - Tanker

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure vessel maintenance, inspection, and repairs adhere to standards and schedules
• Maintain full compliance with IMO, Flag State, and Port State regulations
• Manage vessel budgets, dry-docking plans, and repair costs within set targets
• Lead safety initiatives, risk management, and QMS alignment across operations

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily technical operations and collaborate with procurement for spares
• Drive continuous improvement and update SOPs with the Quality team
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate offshore staff to ensure high performance
• Respond to emergencies, lead incident resolution, and maintain a safety-first culture
