Key Deliverables:

• Ensure vessel inspections, maintenance, and repairs are timely and up to company standards
• Drive execution of dry-docking, refits, and major technical mobilizations
• Maintain compliance with IMO, Flag State, and Port State regulations
• Track vessel budgets, operating costs, and ensure financial targets are met

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with procurement to ensure cost-effective spare parts sourcing
• Promote safety and quality culture across offshore operations
• Implement SOPs and performance standards across the fleet
• Lead, coach, and manage offshore staff to build team capabilities
