Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and vendor partnerships.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and vendors.
