Job Description

We are seeking a Manager Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling within the Real Estate Industry or in sales hiring in any industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, leading a team of recruiters, and building relationships with key stakeholders to attract top talent. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of the real estate industry, strong networking and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the real estate industry.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Oversee sourcing efforts to identify candidates with expertise in real estate sales, property management, and other related fields.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's employer brand and career opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, brokers, and industry associations, to understand talent needs and market dynamics.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Implement strategies to nurture and expand the talent pipeline by engaging with universities, industry events, and professional networks.
  • Performance Metrics & Compliance: Establish and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant labor laws and industry standards.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in team handling within the Real Estate Industry or in sales hiring.
  • A deep understanding of the real estate industry, its various sectors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to navigate the dynamic nature of the real estate industry.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring, with an emphasis on lateral hiring.

QUALIFICATION:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
