Manager – Supply Chain
Job Description
-Own the end-to-end supply chain for private brands across e-commerce channels
-Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with growth and seasonal priorities
-Drive data-driven demand and inventory planning to ensure availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
-Lead and mentor a team managing billing, distribution, logistics, and inventory operations
-Build team capability in process optimization, automation, and analytics
-Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement
-Ensure order fulfillment SLAs by aligning warehouse, billing, and logistics teams
-Optimize dock hit planning, dispatch cycles, and turnaround times
-Partner with logistics providers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen last-mile delivery
-Develop and track KPIs for inventory, returns, billing accuracy, and supply chain cost efficiency
-Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for automation and system enhancements (ERP/WMS/SAP)
-Manage returns, damages, and slow-moving stock to protect business profitability
-Collaborate with sourcing, sales, and finance to ensure smooth product launches, promotions, and demand-supply alignment
-Act as single point of accountability for e-commerce supply chain performance across channels
