Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Financial Services Practice. The role involves managing client engagements, delivering high-quality advisory projects, and supporting business growth through strong client relationships and team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Delivery: Execute day-to-day client engagements with high-quality deliverables across financial services projects.
• Risk & Documentation: Develop engagement work programs, conduct risk assessments, prepare working papers, and draft audit committee presentations.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Manage teams effectively, mentor associates, interns, and new hires, while handling multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Advisory Support: Work with project teams on advisory projects, supporting engagement managers in achieving objectives.
• Business Development: Understand client challenges, identify revenue opportunities, and contribute to firm growth.
• Firm Representation: Stay informed about firm service offerings and position them appropriately with clients.

• Strong understanding of financial services industry practices, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability in client relationship management and business development
