Manager, Software Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute to team growth.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals.
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of project timelines and deliverables .

What should you have

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development utilizing Python, ETL, Node.js .
• Experience working on AWS cloud.
• Experience working with distributed ledger technologies like Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum and smart contract development.
• Hands-on experience in the direct implementation of software products through a diverse set of programming languages and toolchains including unit testing.
• Experience with Github and other CI/CD tooling.
• Basic QA and testing knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Innovative thinking, experimental mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• A track record of successfully delivering and maintaining software products and services.
• Active participation in systems engineering, architecture, and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with various stages of the software development lifecycle and experience in employing related methodologies.
• Good To Have:Experience mentoring junior developers.
• AWS Cloud practitioner certification
