Job Description

Responsibilities of the Role
- Analyze, track, and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis. This includes managing bids, daily/monthly budget caps, reach, frequency, quality score, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics. You'll also make proactive strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. You'll work closely with other team members to achieve goals.
- Monitor and administer analytics dashboards and key reporting MIS tools, regularly making recommendations to improve data availability.
- Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing and documenting social platform updates and trends across web and mobile, and adopting new best practices.
What You Will Need
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a social media marketing role.
- Expertise in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and a strong understanding of other social ad platforms.
- Thorough understanding of Google Ads.
- Understanding of Bid Management Tools.
- Excellent number-crunching skills.
