Job Description
Institutional Partnerships and Adoption
- Identify and evaluate ITIs, Food Craft Institutes, and other vocational colleges for collaboration.
- Visit potential institutes to conduct a feasibility study.
- Visit current institutes to review training quality & meet trainees.
- Drive the adoption and integration of selected institutions into Club Mahindras talent supply ecosystem.
- Design and implement institute level engagement program (eg: job fairs, orientation sessions, internship modules)
02. Skilling Program Design & Execution
- Develop customized skilling and bridging programs aligned to resort operational needs.
- Align training modules with existing Club Mahindra SOPs and L&D frameworks.
- Ensure seamless transition of trained candidates into on-ground resort roles.
03. Government Liaison and Compliance
- Establish & maintain relationships with government bodies such as NSDC, Skill India, State skilling missions etc.
- Identify government funding or collaboration opportunities under central and state skilling schemes.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements while executing skilling programs.
04. Workforce Planning & Pipeline Development
- Liaise with GM-Resorts HR, & Resort HR Zonal Heads to create a robust manpower forecasting model.
- Build a rolling pipeline of pre-trained candidates for key resort operation functions.
- Track and measure skilling outcomes and employment conversion rates.
05. Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including HR and function heads to assess talent needs.
- Provide regular updates to CHRO, CRO, Head of L&OD, GM-L&D and GM-HR on program progress, ROI and impact metrics.
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Graduate / PG in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Social Work preferably with certifications in vocational education, training or skill development.
Experience : 8-12 years of experience in training, skill development, or L&D, preferably in hospitality, tourism, service sector or manufacturing.
At least 3-5 years of experience working with ITIs, NSDC or other such government skilling initiatives.
Proven experience in managing external partnerships and building institutional networks.
Skills : Strong project management and execution skills.
Ability to build relationships with government authorities and academic institutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
