Experience:
- 1-3 years: Execution-heavy, content support, coordination, research
- 4-6 years: Independent content ownership, PR support, platform management
- 7-10+ years: Strategy ownership, media relationships, thought leadership, agency management
Role Purpose:
To strengthen the brand's presence and category leadership by driving consistent PR, content, and storytelling across media, digital platforms, and employer branding initiatives. The role will scale in scope and ownership based on experience level.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & PR
- Support and/or lead the execution of TOA's PR and brand communication roadmap
- Build and maintain relationships with architecture, workplace, CRE, PMC, and trade media (senior profiles will own this end-to-end)
- Assist in drafting and pitching PR notes, media stories, and brand narratives
- Track media coverage, platforms, and competitive visibility
Content & Storytelling
- Create and support content across LinkedIn, website, case studies, and credentials
- Develop project case studies, capability decks, and brand presentations
- Own or support LinkedIn content calendars, publishing, and engagement tracking
- Ensure brand coherence, tone, and consistency across all touchpoints
Thought Leadership & Platforms
- Support or lead participation in awards, events, exhibitions, and industry platforms
- Assist in awards submissions, panel participation, and thought leadership content
- Coordinate shoots, photography, videography, and site documentation
Employer Brand & Internal Communications
- Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives in collaboration with HR
- Create content around culture, people, and leadership narratives
- Maintain brand assets and content libraries
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies
- Prepare decks, reports, shoot guides, and documentation
- Track analytics, insights, and benchmarks to inform strategy
Technical Skills:
Brand messaging and storytelling
PR writing and media communication
LinkedIn and digital communications
Case studies, credentials, and decks
Canva / Adobe Suite / PowerPoint
Basic analytics and reporting tools
Research, benchmarking, and documentation
