Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Strategy: Conceptualize and implement strategies aligned with the regional and country business strategy.
  • Territory Mapping & Coverage: Manage and expand the territory, covering the region both directly and through dealers.
  • Market Development: Develop areas and customers that are inadequately covered or uncovered.
  • Sales Forecasting: Responsible for accurate forecasting and tracking of territory sales.
  • Revenue & Booking Targets: Achieve and exceed sales revenue and booking targets.
  • Order Closing: Manage and close orders efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Market & Competition Insights: Update on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Receivables & Documentation: Oversee receivables and ensure collection of statutory documents.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and nurture leads through various channels.
  • Customer Understanding: Deeply understand the ideal customers and how they relate to the company's products.
  • Direct Sales Experience: Preferably in Utility Capital Equipment (e.g., Blowers, Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, PTS systems, Heavy Machinery).
  • Business Segments: Experience with Powder Transfer Systems, Pharma Process Industries, OEMs is an added advantage.
  • Sales Activities: Organize and conduct technical seminars, presentations, and exhibitions in the territory.
  • Sales Growth: Establish and foster an environment for future sales growth.
  • Learning & Development: Continually engage in learning to improve sales processes and techniques.
