Manager – Retail Operations

•Managing disbursement processes for retail asset products including LAP, Micro-LAP, Affordable Housing, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Emerging Market loans

•Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to SOPs

•Overseeing post-disbursal processes such as receipt and closure of PDD/OTC/deliverables

•Handling customer service desk for walk-in customers and resolving queries

•Managing property documents and ensuring knowledge of locally applicable property regulations

•Maintaining proper document management including scanning, storage, and retrieval

•Collaborating with sales, credit, customer service, and collections teams to ensure smooth branch operations
