Manager - Retail Credit - Credit - Housing - EM

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and underwrite mortgage and LAP proposals per defined credit norms.
• Conduct PDs, field visits, and ensure thorough KYC and document verification.
• Monitor portfolio quality and manage related MIS reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and recovery teams to manage end-to-end credit cycle.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably CA or MBA.
• 2–5 years of experience in mortgage or LAP underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of credit ratios, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in legal and collateral documentation review.
