Manager - Retail Credit

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and assess loan applications, ensuring they meet defined guidelines.
• Underwrite proposals per policies and procedures to manage business volumes.
• Conduct personal discussions with clients to assess creditworthiness and ensure document completion.
• Build and facilitate relationships with third parties to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably MBA/CA).
• Strong understanding of mortgage, credit underwriting, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with client relationship management and process improvement.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and credit risk management.
