Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Horizon and RCI booking operations, including new member onboarding, welcome kit dispatch, and booking fulfillment

• Manage hotel reservation workflows across internal systems and open channels

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, IT, finance, legal) and external partners to ensure service-level adherence

• Oversee a distributed team, ensuring productivity, training, and performance tracking

• Drive partner management and alliance development, including onboarding, invoicing, and issue resolution

  • Optimize processes through automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Background:

  • 7+ years in hotel reservations, OTA operations, or hospitality partner management
  • Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional coordination
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, booking platforms, and service SLAs

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
