Job Description

  • Strategize and prepare execution plan for identifying prospective markets and deal sourcing to create a strong development pipeline across Zone.
  • The strategy would incorporate a focus on ready properties & Plots in high return markets and geographical network to achieve the ROI desired by the organization.
  • Evaluate detailed market to create a heat map, indicating the development attractiveness of the cities/micro markets in the allocated region in consultation with the Leadership team.
  • Engages with internal stakeholders such as Region Heads, support departments during the lead generation to Establishing the store and obtain relevant region insights on priorities, opportunities, and trends with respect to the region and shares it with the Leadership team.
  • Lead the team in conducting negotiations (Commercial and Document) and engage with property owners on a consistent basis through the life cycle of the transaction.
  • To Analyze competition by keeping abreast of Market trends and achieving market share metrics.
  • As a senior member, provide coaching and mentoring of the team, using negotiations principles based on in-depth knowledge of retail real estate market.
  • Lead to prepare and submit annual and quarterly Achievement, objectives and accurate forecasts.
  • Required Skills & Competencies 
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in property acquisition/ retail business development
