Manager - Projects

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Manage and coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in project management, with 5+ years in railway construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Lead Project, Primavera, Ms Project
