Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define research objectives and deliverables.
- Pull and interpret data for new show launches, ongoing story tracks, and marketing campaigns.
- Commission and conduct qualitative research for shows and campaigns.
- Understand consumer behavior, desires, pain points, and aspirations to generate actionable insights.
- Map trends in consumer attitudes, preferences, lifestyles, and behaviors to refine content strategy.
- Analyze consumer feedback to identify problem areas and provide actionable recommendations to content and communication teams.
- Provide stimulus and thought starters to internal teams based on consumer insights.
- Work on research projects that directly impact storytelling and audience engagement.
