Manager - Plant HR

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the entire operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in foundry / casting operations, production planning, process optimization, manpower handling, and plant administration, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring daily production targets are met.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, TPM, 5S).
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Optimize manpower utilization and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Coordinate with senior management for budget planning, capex, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports.

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering (or equivalent).
• MBA / PGDBM (preferred but not mandatory).
