Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient satisfaction and retention, improve patient engagement, and generate revenue for the healthcare organization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement patient relations strategies to increase patient satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure that patient needs are met, and that the healthcare organization provides high-quality care
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and supervise patient relations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Provide regular reports on patient satisfaction and engagement to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and healthcare organization policies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
