Manager – Packaging Procurement
Job Description
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers for packaging materials.
• Source packaging solutions that meet product specifications, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality control measures in collaboration with QA teams.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply and performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market research on packaging trends, innovations, and sustainability practices.
• Perform cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
• Track KPIs such as cost savings, on-time delivery, supplier performance, and quality standards.
