Job Description
We are seeking a Manager for Sales Operations and Sales Enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sales support. This is a crucial leadership role for an individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage a high-performing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Lead sales operations and sales enablement initiatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Oversee lead generation and cold calling efforts.
- Manage both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.
- Customer & People Management:
- Build and maintain strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Provide effective people management, including team leadership and mentorship.
- Communication:
- Ensure clear and concise communication across the team and with clients.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Sales Strategies.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong capabilities in Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in Pre-Sales and Post-Sales processes.
- Proven people management skills.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working night shifts.
