Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager, Ops Transformation Business Analyst/ Project Manager!
In this role, this hybrid BA/PM role within Operations Transformation supports the delivery of high-impact, strategic initiatives across back and middle office change, risk, and regulatory programmes. The role combines business analysis and project management, requiring the ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion, rapidly mobilise to deliver pieces of analysis, and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders and operational staff. Recent and upcoming initiatives include large-scale migrations, deployment of new products/tools, or data analysis to support strategic transformation objectives.

Candidates will have proven experience in project management with solid business analysis skills and should be adept at forming and leveraging effective networks with project partners and across the Firm. Roles will include responsibilities for managing and executing project deliverables as well as directing elements of the change agenda in partnership with key stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities:
. Conduct detailed business analysis and problem-solving to inform project direction.
. Analyse complex operational processes and present actionable recommendations.
. Manage and deliver projects for Operations, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and timely delivery.
. Lead and direct elements of the Operations change agenda in partnership with business units and key stakeholders.
. Track progress throughout the project lifecycle, escalating issues and ensuring delivery to deadlines.
. Maintain documentation, including plans, requirements, risk logs, and audit materials.
- Represent the team in governance and working group forums to facilitate project progress.
. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and resolving issues promptly.
. Collaborate with Technology to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
. Support the adoption and deployment of transformation and automation tools.
. Contribute to continuous improvement of project and change management practices.
. Support other Operations Transformation initiatives as required, including process optimisation and technology enablement.

Minimum Qualifications
. Proven experience in business analysis and project/programme management within banking operations or financial services.
. Demonstrable ability to rapidly mobilise and deliver complex projects.
. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities independently.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex analysis and recommendations clearly.
. Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements.
. Knowledge of transformation and automation tools commonly used in banking operations (e.g., process mapping, workflow automation, Al/ML analytics).
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
. Experience supporting technology deployments and process change initiatives.
