Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Align departmental strategy with organizational goals.
  • Implement operational policies to drive efficiency and audit compliance.
  • Foster a 'first-time-right' culture to minimize errors and rework.

Business License Operations Management

  • Manage issuance, renewal, and lifecycle of business licenses globally.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, handle escalations, and maintain operational controls.
  • Collaborate across global time zones to ensure deadlines and quality.

Performance Management & KPI Monitoring

  • Define and monitor KPIs for team and individual performance.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and recognize high performance.

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and retention.
  • Resolve conflicts constructively and motivate the team.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Market, Technology, Product, and other CLS teams.
  • Present operational updates and performance metrics to management.
  • Maintain strong alignment and communication across business units.
