In this role, The Product Data Integration Specialist has a role within the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Product Data Team and is responsible for using their product knowledge to match & create new items throughout the M&A Team%27s conversion process
Responsibilities
Execute and manage the day-to-day activities for master data domains
Good working knowledge on M&A and Product Data Management
Daily review of process KPI and reporting
Escalation management
Identify continuous improvement projects and get them implemented
Mentor and Coach, the team members on the process
Provide direction and guidance to team members, measure and report on process for SME
Set milestones for the team to execute
Have good knowledge of MDM Governance
Review progress against the set milestones and ensure adherence
Manage any transactional changes related to the Master data management activities Request gathering, analysing request and providing the solutions
Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc.
SOP documentation during OJT/KT and during BAU, capturing all the rules and exceptions in the process. This is an ongoing activity that demands good analytical and writing skills
Plan & support Transitions and ensure 'First Time Right'.
Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc.
proactive contributor on domain / process knowledge
Plan, perform, and implement process and data improvement initiatives.
Have a complete clarity and understanding of each single activity assigned
Handle day to day normal communications (over emails) / explaining issues over email and during calls
Collaborate with data stewards for designing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures for all Data Master hierarchies and categories
Manage, maintain and improve the master data to meet the governance requirements, data quality, and internal controls.
Work cohesively with remote teams
Ready to stretch during project deliveries.
Manage client expectations.
Addressing ad-hoc queries, liaising with entities, banner controllers, participate in governance meetings with customers, internal stakeholders & support teams.
Determine all tasks to be completed and maintain key report outs to internal as well client-side stake holders
Drive transformation and promote continuous improvement mindset amongst team members
Experienced with best practices in data validation & remediation

Minimum Qualifications
Experience - Relevant Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree
oTechnical Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel and tools used for vendor/product data management
Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems
Good to have SQL knowledge and ETL
Proficient in MS Excel and tools used for vendor/product data management
Master data management experience
Experience in construction equipment distribution sales retail operations, or supply chain (inventory/product management)
Experience with Semarchy (MDM tool) and Oracle ERP
Familiarity with vendor onboarding portals (e.g., Syndigo)
Omnichannel experience - ability to understand omnichannel business requirements and translate into actionable product data needs.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Hands-on experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) product data integration
Strong product data knowledge (especially construction) and ability to manage large datasets
Manage product data conversion processes during acquisitions, including de-duplication, identification of new products and creation of new products within existing catalogs.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data modeling)
Experience with Oracle ERP for data loading, extraction, and audit reporting
Familiarity with Semarchy MDM, More4Apps, and Smartsheet workflow management
Knowledge and experience with vendor portals (e.g., Syndigo), PIM
Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Forward-thinking and adaptable mindset
Process and technical Documentation experience, Continuous improvement opportunities identification
