Job Description

The Manager Key Account Sales will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts across various packaging solutions, including flexible packaging, rigid boxes, plastic molded containers, and e-commerce packs. The role focuses on delivering value beyond basic packaging by addressing client needs related to branding, functionality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand key customer accounts within the packaging sector.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized packaging solutions.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Prepare account reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the packaging industry, including plastics, printing, and food packaging.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic account plans.
