Manager Intelligent Automation

We are seeking a Manager, Intelligent Automation to lead a multidisciplinary team in identifying, developing, and deploying cutting-edge operational solutions. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and cloud services to drive efficiency. You'll own the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects, from initial concept to final implementation, while also mentoring a talented team.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Execution:
• Own the execution of multiple concurrent projects from start to finish.
• Maintain project reporting and project plans for senior management.
• Lead working group meetings for all assigned projects.
• Perform or review all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scoping, analysis, solution development, and change management.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Manage and lead a team of developers, business analysts, test engineers, and project managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new initiatives and refine existing processes.
• Lead Scrum stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, and review and retrospective meetings.
• Coach and develop staff to help them succeed in their current roles and grow into management positions.
• Solution Design & Analysis:
• Assess business processes for transformation and automation opportunities.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess their feasibility.
• Own and review solution design documents that clearly articulate 'as-is' and 'to-be' states.
• Document and communicate the business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Create or review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure automation testing standards are implemented and adhered to.
• Perform detailed risk analysis, reporting, and timely escalation to senior management.
• Ensure industry best practices are followed while designing solutions.

Qualifications

• A strategic mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
• The ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Confidence in leading code reviews, design sessions, and reviewing technical documentation.
• Practical experience in driving efficiencies through task automation.

Assets

• Expertise in UiPath and other automation tools like Blueprism or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A certification in Project Management.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects.
