Manager - Infra - IT

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, LAN/WAN connectivity, and basic application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset records, user access controls, and support documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution and system maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide a customer-focused support experience.
