Job Description
The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's vision. The role includes leading all HR operations, supporting organizational development, and ensuring effective management of both office and production workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee exit processes.
- Partner with leadership on organizational structuring, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement programs across all levels of the organization.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning and development for both office and production staff.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- MBA in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience managing both office staff and production workforce.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and workforce management practices.
