Aster Medcity is looking for Manager Human Resource to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
Develop and manage employee retention programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and filing required reports.
Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and benefits administration.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including researching and recommending changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and manage HR budget, including forecasting staffing needs and managing HR expenses.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including benefit providers, recruiters, and training providers.
