• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager - HR - Housing to oversee all aspects of human resources related to housing management within our organization
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly in housing-related policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement housing policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage all aspects of employee housing, including allocation, maintenance, and termination of housing arrangements
• Oversee the housing application and allocation process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for housing maintenance and repairs
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding housing-related matters, including rental agreements, lease renewals, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee housing benefits and incentives programs
• Conduct regular inspections of employee housing units to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
• Manage housing-related budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability
• Stay informed about changes in housing regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for policy updates as needed
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to housing, providing timely and effective resolution
