Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Graphic Design!
You will be responsible for managing design-related work within a specific department (the design function) while coordinating with other teams such as marketing, product, and development. This role focuses on planning, organizing, guiding designers, and ensuring that creative projects meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
.Coordinate creative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives and brand guidelines.
.Work directly with the project stakeholders to understand the creative requirement and coordinate with the graphics, content, and multimedia leads to ensure that the output meets the creative requirements.
.Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
.Track the project lifecycle and monitor it through various phases of development, review, feedback implementation, and final delivery, ensuring quality output is delivered within the identified timeline.
.Allocate resources effectively, including personnel (e.g., Video Editors, Graphic Designers) and equipment.
.Act as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and the creative team, providing regular project status updates and addressing any issues.
.Manage workflow and scheduling of projects, ensuring efficient production processes.
.Ensure the team meets project deadlines, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
.Ensure that all creative materials meet the established brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Proven experience in project management within a creative service or communications environment.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.Familiarity with creative production processes (e.g., videography, graphic design).
.Knowledge of brand guidelines, design tools, and creative standards.
.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
.Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
