Manager, Global Dry Vetting & Incident Investigation

Key Deliverables:

• Conduct incident investigations for Dry Bulk (Cat A–C), recommend corrective actions, and manage PARIS records
• Engage with external stakeholders (e.g. BHP, Rio Tinto, RightShip) for inspections, adverse feedback, and closures
• Develop training materials, safety alerts, and circulars for global vetting and incident trends
• Support compliance with IMO, Flag State, and Port State regulations through documentation, audits, and inspection readiness

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with technical teams and RightShip for inspection bookings and coordination
• Lead and deliver safety training onboard and shore-side; assist in HSEQ initiatives
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist in implementing efficiency measures
• Support financial tracking for vetting-related expenses and collaborate with internal teams for adherence to budget
