Manager - Garment QA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for all quality-related matters for the Duluth account.
• Ensure strict adherence to Duluths quality standards during development, production, and shipment stages.
• Oversee all quality inspections—inline, final, and third-party—at the unit level.
• Work closely with QA teams, production teams, and merchandising to ensure smooth execution.
• Review and align PP samples, Photo Shoot samples, size sets and pilots with Duluth quality expectations.
• Coordinate with central QA and development teams to ensure product consistency and risk mitigation.
• Track all quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the factory level.
• Manage buyer audits and external inspections, ensuring timely resolution of any non-conformities.
• Drive RCA and CAPA implementation for any rejections, claims, or audit findings.
