Manager, FP&A HQ and GenMed

• Manage the FP&A COE team supporting HQ and GenMed operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial outputs.

• Support cost budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting for HQ non-operations business.

• Collaborate with HQ FP&A leaders and BU leadership on topline, cost, pricing, and headcount forecasts.

• Act as FP&A governance owner for COE-delivered activities and ensure compliance with financial processes.

• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digitization within FP&A operations.

• Define skill matrices, career paths, and training plans for the COE team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.
