Manager, FP&A, Bioprocess

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) team.
• Own end-to-end FP&A processes for the COE team including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting for RFM Opco.
• Partner with FP&A leaders, business finance leaders, and stakeholders to support leadership reviews, influence decision-making, and challenge assumptions.
• Standardize templates, assumptions, methodologies, and timelines across business units; identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
• Build and coach a high-performing FP&A team, fostering finance acumen, communication skills, continuous improvement, and ownership.
• Act as FP&A governance owner for COE-delivered activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial outputs.
