Manager, FP&A, Bioprocess

• Manage the FP&A COE team and own end-to-end FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting for RFM Opco.

• Collaborate with FP&A leaders and business stakeholders to support leadership reviews, influence decision-making, and challenge assumptions.

• Standardize templates, assumptions, methodologies, and timelines across business units, and identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.

• Build and coach a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.

• Act as FP&A governance owner for COE-delivered activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial outputs.

• Support leadership reviews with analytics for topline, cost, headcount, price, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
