Manager, Fleet Care (SafeR)

Key Deliverables:

• Design and lead the SafeR+ behavioral safety training and onboard implementation
• Analyze crew injuries using the T-CUP framework and recommend corrective measures
• Standardize global safety training and deliver workshops across locations
• Maintain MIS, track STAR reporting, and manage safety incentive programs

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with masters, superintendents, psychologists, and training teams
• Oversee SafeR+ materials development, delivery, and effectiveness evaluations
• Lead onboard campaigns, incident investigations, and behavior change initiatives
• Support budgeting, feedback analysis, and cross-country training standardization
