Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
- Conduct outbound calls and Emails to prospective international clients .
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets for agricultural implements, focusing on regions with high farming potential.
- Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and generate interest in our services.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition to create compelling sales pitches.
- Build and manage relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and agents
- Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Develop country-specific sales strategies and targets aligned with global business goals.
- Ensure all export procedures, documentation, and regulations are followed (incoterms, LC, shipping, customs).
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams to adapt products to local farming needs and regulatory standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide support to international customers, including technical guidance, complaint resolution, and after-sales service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a natural ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
