Key Responsibilities
School Leader Academy (SLA)
- Lead the design and execution of SLA, selecting and training 20 high-potential leaders annually toward the SL100 vision.
- Recruit exceptional talent from 20+ partner schools and networks.
- Collaborate with expert facilitators to deliver modules on instructional excellence, school culture, strategic leadership, and people development.
- Manage program operations, assessments, and feedback systems; continuously improve the experience.
- Build and nurture a strong SLA alumni network supporting School Leaders in their first three critical years.
Aspiring School Leadership Track (ASLT)
- Design and lead a professional development track for 50+ teachers aspiring to become Lead Teachers, Instructional Coaches, or future School Leaders.
- Create exposure opportunities, learning experiences, and practice-based modules for educators.
- Partner with schools and fellowships to identify and support high-potential educator talent.
Internal Leadership Pipeline Development
- Build systems to identify high-potential educators early and accelerate readiness for leadership roles.
- Design individualized development journeys focusing on instruction, culture, leadership, and mindset.
- Partner with School Leaders and HR to provide exposure opportunities, coaching pathways, and structured growth plans.
