Manager – Electricals & Electr AQ-PV

•Execute Advanced Quality (AQ) strategies for part development, ensuring quality, quantity, and timely delivery of project milestones.

•Develop outsourced parts from suppliers for new projects and implement action plans for part development.

•Comply with ProX processes for new projects and escalate issues as required.

•Plan and implement capacity enhancements, cost reductions, and quality improvements.

•Verify corrective actions from past projects (LLL) during development and PPAP.

•Conduct physical verification and tool capitalization activities for new parts.

•Perform onsite supplier reviews for regulatory and safety compliance.

•Execute onsite PPAP for each part and escalate deviations with corrective actions.

•Propose and implement action plans for faster resolution of critical issues to achieve quality scorecard parameters.

•Coordinate idea generation workshops with suppliers and implement VAVE and profitability enhancement initiatives.

•Conduct supplier assessments (MSA) and release reports for new and existing sources, supporting supplier base rationalization initiatives.

•Adhere to training and development plans for people management and team competency improvement.
