• Own day-to-day engagement with licensors as the key point of contact.
• Advise licensors on leveraging TV and digital platforms effectively.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and proactively resolve issues.

Rights & Contract Management

• Program manage delivery of media rights obligations and business asks across internal teams.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual commitments across broadcast, marketing, and commercial elements.
• Support commercial value creation by understanding rights agreements and IP compliance.
