Job Description
- Understand the category and brand objectives for the year.
- Adopt the Wavemaker way of working and the brand's specific media requirements and planning processes.
- Initiate and deliver at least two strategic projects in integrated planning.
- Successfully lead media discussions with the client.
- Work on media briefs independently and demonstrate a complete understanding of the portfolio.
- Develop and present a 360-degree media approach.
Additional Responsibilities
- Build and foster client relationships by taking charge of their media needs from strategy to implementation.
- Provide comprehensive media plans across all mediums, using insights from brief mining and data analysis.
- Deliver insights-led solutions to brand problems using 'Provocative Planning' and other media tools.
- Generate innovative ideas and communication approaches to drive breakthroughs across all mediums.
- Maintain a sharp focus on quality output, consistent performance, professional conduct, a sense of ownership, honesty, and integrity.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience with integrated online and offline media planning, campaign management, and data analysis is essential.
- You should have hands-on experience with Media Research Tools like Comscore, GWI, and BARC.
- You're comfortable working on Google and Facebook platforms and can plan and manage all digital marketing, including trackers, communication, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- You have a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience, preferably in media planning and digital marketing.
- You possess a strong understanding of business, marketing, and consumers and stay abreast of current industry trends.
- You have strategic innovation and creativity skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
- You are highly analytical (both qualitatively and quantitatively) and have a strong knowledge of media tools, techniques, and processes.
- You understand all media channels and can translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
