- What We re Looking For6- 10 years of experience in demand/ lead generation or sales development, ideally within the US healthcare tech market.
- Proven success in managing teams in a fast- paced, high- growth environment.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and channels.
- Proficiency in CRM ( Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tools ( Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
