Manager - CX - Delivery

Job Summary:

• Lead the architecture and delivery of complex Oracle CPQ solutions for enterprise-level implementations.
• Design scalable, high-performance CPQ systems integrated with Salesforce, ERP platforms, and Oracle CX Cloud.
• Drive innovation, system optimization, and reusable component development to enhance quote-to-cash cycles.
• Serve as a technical mentor for cross-functional teams and enforce coding standards and implementation best practices.
• Execute technical leadership responsibilities including sprint planning, code reviews, and agile delivery.
• Champion integration strategies and advanced features, such as AI-driven validations and performance tuning.
• Stay current on Oracle CPQ product updates and proactively implement relevant enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end Oracle CPQ solutions emphasizing performance, scalability, and best practices.
• Conduct fit-gap and impact analysis, system estimations, and create architectural diagrams.
• Design and implement advanced pricing rules, configuration workflows, and commerce logic.
• Drive integrations with Salesforce, ERP systems (EBS, ERP Cloud, JD Edwards), and Oracle CX.
• Mentor teams on CPQ best practices, BML/BMQL, JavaScript, and integration standards.
• Optimize performance and lead efforts to improve quote-to-cash cycles.
• Develop reusable utilities and champion innovative implementation approaches.
• Ensure technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder engagement are maintained at a high standard.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 8+ years in Oracle CPQ implementations.
• Expertise in BML, BMQL, JavaScript, XSL/XSLT, and CPQ performance optimization.
• Strong experience with CPQ integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ modules including Document Designer and Commerce Workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership in enterprise-level CPQ implementations.
• Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist Certification (preferably 2023).
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
