Role & Responsibilities

CSR Program Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor CSR initiatives and programs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives
• Conduct due diligence of NGOs and community partners

Culture & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and promote a CSR culture within the organization
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and impact
• Conduct research to identify relevant social initiatives and opportunities for CSR investment

Reporting & Compliance

• Track and report CSR activities, outcomes, and impact
• Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations and guidelines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent degree with 5+ years of experience in CSR activities
• Strong program management, research, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
